Depending on your needs your dentist will design a partial denture for you. Partial dentures often have some form of clasp that attaches to your natural teeth and can easily be taken out of your mouth for cleaning or storing while you sleep. Replacing missing teeth with a removable partial denture can help provide a better bite surface in the mouth protect true teeth from loss. You will either go with a full denture or you will get an implant assisted partial denture.
